We have been asked where folks can purchase a ticket for the YETI cooler described here. We have arranged for one of our own to sell them at his place of business. People may stop by GREGG R FREY CPA at 225 Pine St, in Red Bluff. Hours are 10-4 Monday thru Friday, closed for lunch from 12 to 1. Please have exact change. Ask for Stephen, our brave volunteer for your ticket(s). Once we hit 100 sold we will announce the winner on Facebook. We are more than a quarter of the way there. Thank you all for you support. We lost a great man !
Everett McDonough loved people, his cats, reading, volunteering and much more. He was a patient loving man who enjoyed his life. We will sincerely miss him.
P.E.T.S. was honored that Ev was willing to serve on our board for many years. He was a generous and knowledgeable man who gave us the benefit of his wisdom and experience. We were lucky to have him join our board, as he gave so much to our community in so many areas.

P.E.T.S. and The Tehama County Animal Care Center are so very grateful to all of the rescues that help these boys and girls find homes, get them the exposure they need and make all important room for the next ones to follow them into the center, we cannot thank you enough!

Meet Anderson
The shelters longest resident!- Since: 3/24/2022
Meet Anderson! This sweet boy loves to cuddle up on a bed and relax all afternoon. He is a 8 year old neutered German Shepherd mix that is looking for a foster home. Anderson is heartworm positive and will be starting treatment soon. Anderson really is the perfect gentleman! This senior sweetheart is still looking for a foster home. He just received his first heartworm treatment and should be heartworm free in a few months. We would really love to find a family to love him during this process. Anderson is people obsessed, well behaved, and is more interested in attention than treats. Anderson is a little grumpy when it comes to other dogs stealing his attention, and would be happiest as the only dog in the home.
